Streetlight serenade

Baby, set the night on fire.
We can make the streetlight serenade dancing when the shadows fade,
Feel the funk inside your chest.
Let the rhythm do the rest; streetlight serenade,
Hold me tight.
We can groove until the morning light; turn the bass up,
Let it play, we're gonna funk the night away.
Cassette deck is rolling, chrome and cherry red,
Your name is like a chorus stuck inside my head.
Skating past the arcade, glitter on the floor,
Every beat's a secret, every step's a door.
Talk box in the distance whispering my name,
