Parallel Dreams

Skylines fade into the haze, frozen in a silver frame.
Every moment slips away, like the ending of a wave.
Closer now.
Don't look back.
Feel the pulse in the dark.
Parallel dreams running side by side,
Like two rivers meeting with the tide.
Every heartbeat, every mile, lost forever,
For a little while.
Oh, parallel dreams.
Carry me on.
Morning wakes beyond the sea, but tonight belongs to me.
Nothing left to understand, just your shadow in my hands.
